Regulations on Foreign Teachers’ Apartment
Article 1. The foreign teacher shall keep the door key well once move in. It is not allowed to copy or lend the key without permission. Please contact the Office of International Relations immediately if the key is lost to change the lock and pay for relevant expenses. Please insure all the things inside the apartment are safe. The foreign teacher shall be responsible for the unnatural damage or losses of the articles.
Article 2. Please take good care of the facilities and personal things inside the apartment. Pay attention to fireproofing, water and electricity saving. Turn off AC, TV, lights etc. before leaving.
Article 3. It is not allowed to accommodate others without permission. Please submit an application to the Office of International Relations if necessary.
Article 4. Please keep quiet and don’t turn on TV or speakers loudly. Article 5. Alcohol abuse, gambling, drug addiction, missionary work and other inappropriate or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Article 6. No pets.
Article 7. Please follow the arrangement and move in the designated apartment. It is not allowed to switch apartments without permission.
Article 8. Please keep the apartment clean. It is not allowed to place rubbish in public area or throw away from window. Keep posters or paintings away from the wall.
Article 9. All facilities shall not be moved without permission. Do not damage, disassemble and change the equipment or cord inside the building. Do not touch distribution box. Inflammable and explosive things are forbidden to be placed in the apartment.
Article 10. Please keep safe of passport, cash and other valuable personal belongings. It is not suggested to leave valuable things or much cash inside the apartment.
Article 11. Please check out at least one week earlier before the end of the contract. Please submit the extension application to the Office of International Relations if necessary.
Article 12. This Regulations shall become effective upon the issuing date. The responsibility of its interpretation shall be vested by the Office of International Relations.
