The delegation left Guangzhou in the early hours of November 27 and arrived in Christchurch, New Zealand, in the evening of local time on the evening of 27 local time. On 28, he began a visit to Lincoln University. Founded in 1878, Lincoln University is the most famous agricultural college in the southern hemisphere. The university has strong teaching and research strength in many fields such as agriculture, economy, environment and biology. It can award bachelor, master's and doctoral degree. It has 3500 students and come from more than 60 countries. The university is an important partner of our university in Oceania. In 2010, the two universities formally established inter school cooperation relationship. The cooperative undergraduate visiting study project was funded by the national international exchange program for undergraduates by the national international study Fund Commission in 2014, and the largest national public exchange student project selected by our province. Up to now, 38 students have been sent out.

On the morning of the 28th, the delegation met with Dr. Lorraine petelo, vice president of Lincoln University and chairman of Academic Committee, Roger shew, director of International Department, reviewed the exchange and cooperation process of the two universities in recent ten years, discussed expanding the visiting and learning programs of undergraduates and graduate students, and carrying out the Ben Shuo continuous reading project The embedded dual master program and joint doctoral program have reached a wide consensus. In the afternoon, the delegation met with Dr. Roslyn Kerr, director of the Department of environment, sociology and design, Lincoln University, Prof. Prof. Rainer Hofmann, deputy director of the Department of agriculture and Life Sciences, and discussed in-depth the exchange and scientific research cooperation among teachers in ecology, ecological agriculture, landscape design and other disciplines, And to the new side, we introduced the relevant policies of our school for recruiting high-level talents globally.

On 29, the delegation met with Prof. Prof. Alan Renwick, director of Department of agriculture and commerce, Lincoln University, and so on. It conducted in-depth exchanges on the characteristics of agricultural industrialization in New Zealand and its reference significance for the development of modern agriculture in China, and discussed in detail the exchange of teachers and talents of agricultural economic management science. In the afternoon, accompanied by Patrick Yeung, business director of International Department of Lincoln University, the delegation investigated the teaching and service facilities such as the student service center of Lincoln University and the design studio of the Department of environment, sociology and design, and communicated with the students sent to Lincoln University to visit and study in New Zealand to learn more about their study and life in New Zealand.

On the morning of the 30th, the delegation left New Zealand from Christchurch to Brisbane, Australia. In the afternoon, the delegation held an expanded meeting of the temporary Party branch, summarized the results of the New Zealand visit, clarified the expected implementation matters, and discussed the possible cooperation areas with Australian universities in detail. Li Chengwu, Secretary of the temporary Party branch and head of the delegation, asked all members of the group to overcome the fatigue of the journey, avoid slack mood, prepare for the work and fulfill the mission with a spirit.

On 1 December, the delegation began a visit to the University of Queensland. Founded in 1909, Queensland University is one of the world's top universities and one of the eight famous Australian universities. The school has six departments and 29 colleges, with more than 40000 students; Two Nobel Prize winners have been trained, and the disciplines of environmental science, agriculture, forestry, veterinary and other disciplines ranked top 50 in QS World University in 2019.

On the morning of the 1st, the delegation visited the University of Queensland's Garton campus in Gatton town west of Brisbane. Gaton town is an important agricultural production area in Queensland. The campus covers an area of more than 16000 mu. Its predecessor is Queensland agricultural college. It is currently the agricultural department, veterinary department, environmental science and other related teaching and experimental facilities of Queensland University. The delegation worked with Prof. Prof. Daniel Rodriguez, chairman of the Australian Society of Agronomy at Garton campus, Prof. Prof. Michael bell, Professor of tropical agriculture, Dr. Bhagirath s. chauhan, senior researcher in grass science, Dr. Luis Prada e Silva, senior researcher in animal science, and More than ten experts and scholars from the Faculty of agriculture and Food Sciences of Queensland University held round table talks, including Dr. Robyn cave, a horticultural lecturer, Dr. Anthony young, senior lecturer in crop protection, The basic situation of our university and the related situation of Henan food crop collaborative innovation center of "2011 plan" of our university are introduced in detail. After the meeting, the delegation investigated the teaching, research and experimental facilities such as farms, greenhouses and animal husbandry stations in gaton campus.

On the afternoon of January, the delegation returned to Brisbane to visit St. Lucia Campus (main campus) of Queensland University, met with Professor Prof. Melissa brown, executive director of science and Technology Department of Queensland University, Professor Prof. negel Perkins, director of Department of veterinary medicine, etc. The delegation introduced the basic situation of agricultural related industries such as planting, animal husbandry and food processing industry in Henan Province, as well as the development of crop science, animal husbandry and veterinary medicine and biotechnology in our school. The delegation introduced the departments of agriculture and food science, veterinary medicine, bioscience, Environmental Sciences, chemistry and molecular biology, which were set up by the Ministry of science and technology The teaching, scientific research and the exchange and cooperation with Chinese universities and departments, such as the Department of mathematics and mathematics, discussed the possibility of promoting academic exchange of teachers, scientific research cooperation and the possibility of joint training of doctors in agriculture, animal husbandry and other disciplines.

The two sides briefly introduced the basic situation and cooperation vision of the two schools, reached a preliminary consensus on establishing the inter school cooperation relationship, and discussed the possible areas and ways of exchange and cooperation in the future. Li Chengwu officially invited Li to visit Henan Agricultural University in 2020, and Li accepted the invitation.

After finishing Brisbane's trip, the delegation went to Melbourne on the afternoon of the 2nd. On March 3, I visited Victoria University.

Victoria University was founded in 1915 and is a well-known comprehensive university in Australia. The school has seven departments, covering the fields of literature, science, technology, economics, management, law, education, medicine, arts and other disciplines. There are more than 27000 students in the school, and can be awarded bachelor, master's and doctorate. The center of policy study (CoPS) has world-class academic influence in the field of CGE model theoretical research, software development and economic policy simulation and evaluation. In recent years, it has close contacts with the school of economics and management of our university, and has sent experts and scholars to the school for lectures, training and scientific research cooperation.

On the morning of March, the delegation met with Steve berry, vice president of foreign affairs of Victoria University, Prof. Colin Clark, director of international affairs, etc. reviewed the academic exchanges and scientific research cooperation between the two universities in recent years, and discussed the joint cultivation of graduate students and the selection of young teachers to visit and study, The College of engineering and science, student service center and other departments and facilities were investigated.

On the afternoon of March, the delegation visited the policy research center of Victoria University, met with the director of the center, Prof. James Giesecke, the chief researcher, Prof. Peter B. On the morning of April, the delegation left Melbourne to return home, arrived in Guangzhou at 18:00 p.m. Beijing time, returned to Zhengzhou at 23 p.m. that day, and successfully completed the mission of this visit and stayed abroad for 8 days.

3、 Main achievements and gains

This visit expanded and strengthened the exchange and cooperation between our school and our partner universities in New Zealand and Australia. The main achievements are as follows:

(1) The cooperation relationship with Lincoln University in New Zealand was strengthened, and consensus was reached on expanding undergraduate students, graduate students visiting and learning programs, carrying out the program of Ben Shuo continuous reading, embedded double master program and joint doctoral program, which opened a new way for our university students to study abroad and jointly train high-level scientific researchers;

(2) The author established a formal contact with Queensland University in Australia and discussed the possibility of joint training of doctors; The in-depth exchanges with the agricultural departments and disciplines of the University laid a foundation for the substantive exchange and cooperation based on Crop Science, animal husbandry and veterinary science;

(3) We have strengthened the cooperation relationship with Victoria University in Australia, and continued to promote the exchanges between teachers and students, personnel training and scientific research cooperation in economic management and other disciplines;

(4) The introduction policy of high-level talents in our university is introduced to the partner colleges of new and Australian countries.

4、 Inspiration and work suggestions

(1) The natural endowment of new and Australian countries is very different, and the development of modern agriculture has its own characteristics. Animal husbandry in both countries is highly developed, kiwi fruit and grape planting in New Zealand occupy an important position in the world, and they are well known in the world with their green development concept of ecological and environmental protection; Although Australia is facing the adverse conditions of drought and less arable land, its planting industry has achieved a high level of development. Its research on agriculture and crop science focuses on improving the overall efficiency of agricultural production, improving economic benefits, closely tracking climate change and other cutting-edge topics, which is of great significance for agriculture, especially food production in our province;

(2) The higher agricultural education of new and Australian countries has formed their own characteristics by accurately meeting the technical and talent needs of green agriculture, ecological agriculture and sustainable development, or specialized in high-level scientific research, or focusing on the cultivation of applied and compound talents; Scientific research, talent training and achievement transformation promote each other and complement each other, which is of great significance for us to understand and accurately grasp the role of agricultural colleges and universities in the development of modern agriculture;

(3) The inter school communication and cooperation must be based on the substantive academic exchange and scientific research cooperation among teaching and research personnel.
